GRAND-ADVENTURE.COM's TOUR REVIEWS ON TRIPADVISOR |
We've been fortunate enough to have some of our guests take time out of their busy schedule to review our Grand Canyon tours on Tripadvisor. We've even had a few people who disagreed but were kind enough to contact us and discuss their experience so that we could resolve, fix, and eliminate the issues for future travelers. The main problem is that people misinterpret us as a luxury tour service.
Our Grand Canyon tours are designed as a low key tour for casual travelers, people who just like to roll with the events of the day. People misunderstand our ranking and think it reflects a red carpet, luxury tour service. Uh uh! I'm from a small family-farm in Michigan and know that being simple and rustic appeals to a lot of people. That said, our goal is to treat everyone like friends visiting from out of town for a day and to have as much fun as possible. In Michigan,we wouldn't give our friends champaigne and egg souffle for breakfast. We'd take them to McDonald's and brag about the five-star dining experience. In Michigan, we wouldn't rent a limo bus, play Beethovan, and drop grapes in your mouth all the way to the Grand Canyon. We'd tell you to pipe down, climb in the back of a pickup truck, and to lay down if it gets too windy. We'd even hand you a garbage bag for good measure in case it rains! Our tours are designed for people who understand that every second in every moment of this tour (and life) is not perfect. The glass is half-full and we'll have fun with whatever parts splash out. We hope that by the end of the day that your Grand Canyon tour with us was the highlight of your trip to Vegas. |
