We will charge your card the day you book your Grand Canyon tour (and all other tours). We accept credit cards, debit cards, traveler's cheques, and cash.

We will charge your card when booking groups of 6 or more for your Grand Canyon tour and all other tours.. There will be a $35 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of $35. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure are subject to a $35 but this fee will not be charged if we can rebook your seats. No Call, No Shows will be charged in full and will not be issued a refund. .

We check the weather forecast each morning to make sure that it will cooperate with us on your Grand Canyon tour. Sometimes, Mother Nature gets into a funk and makes abrupt changes that effect visibility. We will either cancel the tour or go to the West Rim depending on visibility. Everyone who is part of a tour change to the West Rim due to inclimate weather is eligible (not guaranteed) for a comp to the South Rim and up to four nights lodging at a Strip casino. You will not be eligible for either comp (hotel or tour) if you are issued a discount or refund on any part of your tour. You will not get a discount on the tour because of inclimate weather.
